Given the nature of our products - digital downloads that cannot be returned - we regret to inform you that we DO NOT offer refunds once a product has been sent and downloaded. Once a product is accessed, it cannot be returned, and we cannot guarantee that it will no longer be in use.

We reserve the right to decline any refund requests.

Please note that we DO NOT provide refunds for compatibility issues. It is your responsibility to ensure that your software is compatible with our products. We are not liable for products that do not function correctly if your system does not meet the necessary requirements. Rest assured, all our products are thoroughly tested and guaranteed to work.

We provide clear examples of our products, and it is your responsibility to select the correct item for your needs. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange products if you mistakenly order the wrong one.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

By purchasing and downloading any digital product from ProducerCore, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that the delivery of digital content begins immediately after purchase.

You further acknowledge that, by accessing or downloading the digital content, you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws regarding digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium.

If the digital content has not yet been accessed or downloaded, you may contact us regarding your withdrawal rights before delivery begins.
